Formulate professional and effective anti-counterfeiting plan
· Propose professional and effective investigation/raid action plans for clients in accordance with different products and markets,
· Develop long-term tracking and monitoring plans for raided targets to prevent repeated infringements.
· Draft litigation plan for compensation after administrative or criminal raid actions in accordance with clients’ requirements.
