Intellectual Property Investigator:
Job Description:
1. Collect leads from markets focusing on products that infringe intellectual property rights through various channels.
2. Investigate and report the counterfeiting acts on markets.
3. Follow the leadership of managers or directors, conduct market investigations in accordance with instructions, and follow up the investigation results assisting LEA officers.
4. Other market investigation assignments.
Requirements:
1. College degree, major unlimited, military veterans and police academy graduates are preferred.
2. Strong sense of justice, good character, quick-thinking and are good at thinking.
3. Acute insight and abilities of analysis and judgement.
4. Strong adaptability and good psychological endurance.
5. Good communication skills, able to adapt to business trips.
6. Intellectual property industry background or market research experience is preferred.
Manager of Intellectual Property Investigation:
Job Description:
1. Lead the investigation team to collect leads of infringement of intellectual property rights in the markets through various channels.
2. Investigate the counterfeiting acts on markets with analysis report.
3. Follow the leadership of directors, conduct market investigations in accordance with instructions, and follow up the investigation results assisting LEA officers.
4. Follow up raid results and penalties to infringers.

Requirements:
1. College degree, or high school degree with relevant experience.
2. Strong sense of justice, good character, no bad habits, strong organizational discipline, military and police experience preferred.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-thinking, bold and cautious, strong adaptability and psychological endurance, challenging spirit, able to adapt to business trips.
4. Ability of management and team work.
5. Honest, reliable and diligent.
6. Veterans preferred.
Legal Assistant of Intellectual Property：
Job Description:
1. Assist to draft legal documents for litigation, complaint-lodging, etc.
2. Join and assist raid actions with co-workers, cooperate with LEA for verification documents.
3. Assist to follow up case progress, retrieve LEA documentations and responsible for civil litigation of intellectual property infringement.
4. Negotiate within cases or projects, assist in the mediation of non-litigation cases of intellectual property infringement.
5. Provide legal opinions on various legal issues involved in the company's business.
6. Other legal matters.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree in law, legal practice experience for at least 1-2 years preferred;
2、Familiar with Trademark Law, Patent Law, Contract Law and Company Law, etc. preferred.
3、Good at writing and expression.
4、Good communication skills and communication skills, honest and integrate.
